All goods may be returned for a refund or exchange if received within 14 days of the original delivery date in brand new, unused condition and in the original undamaged packaging. Tracked and signed for service is strongly recommended with a proof of postage if parcel was to be lost in transit. Postage charge is non-refundable. 

All cards and prints are sent via Royal Mail First Class service.
